Having served as the Director of Operations at the lab for over 8 years, my commitment extends deeply into serving youth and building enduring relationships that transcend mere athletic endeavors. Embodying the vibrant essence of Phoenix and embracing our rich cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of working closely with youth from all facets of life.

Our mission at the lab is steadfast: to meticulously plan and execute organized, structured, and elite events. As the lead trainer at the lab for over 8 years, my dedication revolves around cultivating a comprehensive environment for youth development. Beyond coaching athletic skills, our mission is to foster character growth, resilience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within our community. Daily, our team prioritizes building deep, meaningful relationships with families and their children, striving to understand their unique circumstances and aspirations. This allows us to tailor our athletic offerings to not only enhance physical abilities but also to nurture personal growth and leadership qualities.

Our approach is centered on using sports as a tool to empower and bring out the best in our Lab family.
