Checkboxes *

• Members of your group should not be on the floor until your designated time. Respect the time of those before you.
• No outside food allowed inside The Lab. Water and or Sport Drinks only.
• Use of the upstairs area (restroom and weights) allowed only if part of your reservation.
• Your guests and minor children are not allowed upstairs without supervision.
• Pick up and discard any trash, water bottles, and remove any items of clothing and sports equipment.
• Please use downstairs restroom only
• Do not flush paper products in the bathroom toilet.

AT THE END OF YOUR RESERVATION *

• Pick up and discard any trash, water bottles, and remove any items of clothing and sports equipment.
• Clean up any spills created by your group
• Check for personal items possibly left behind as The Lab is not responsible.
• If there is no user in after you, turn off the lights. Overhead light panels in the utility room
