Agreement, Waiver & Release: We are agreeing to participate in a competitive basketball league. We know that participation in basketball may result in serious injury and we waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless, AGBL, B-All-In, ProFileSports.TV, The Lab, the league organizers, its board members, sponsors, supervisors and participants for any claim arising out of any injury whether the result of negligence or any other causes. It is understood that these activities involve an element of risk of accidents and knowing those risks. We hereby assume those risks. We will also abide by league rules and agree to release all rights to our image, likeness, and audio recordings. We understand there is a no refund policy.
